Nestled in Chacras de Coria, within the Luján de Cuyo region of Mendoza, Argentina, the CCE House stands as a testament to thoughtful design that harmonizes with its environment. This 170 square meter, single-level dwelling, envisioned by ONA - Oficina Nómada de Arquitectura, responds to the desire for a secluded haven that thoughtfully engages with its surroundings.

The architectural philosophy behind the CCE House prioritizes an introspective quality while maintaining a dialogue with the vibrant cultural landscape of Greater Mendoza's foothills. This semi-urban setting, characterized by low-rise homes, expansive vineyards, and towering poplars, provided the inspiration for a design that balances enclosure with carefully orchestrated views and access to the outdoors. The home's construction, completed in 2026, reflects a contemporary aesthetic that respects its natural context, offering residents a private yet connected living experience. Nicolás Guerra served as the lead architect for this innovative project.
